A certified know-how

COFRAC accreditation

The accreditation granted by COFRAC to Tame-Component covers the following types of tests:

 

  • Counterfeit detection: external visual inspection, X-ray, electrical testing, wettability, internal visual inspection, according to a proprietary know-how
  • Solderability of component legs: measurement by wetting balance, according to the standard IPC/ECA JSTD-002, METHODS E, F, E1 and F1
  • Chemical opening: corrosion of plastic materials (coating) by chemical preparation, according to proprietary know-how
  • Internal visual inspection: determination of internal defects of a component, according to the standard MIL_-STD-883, METHOD 2013
  • External visual inspection: determination of external defects of a component, according to the standard MIL_-STD-883, METHOD 2009
  • Bond pull test: Tensile stress on chip bondings, according to the standard MIL_-STD-883, METHOD 2011
  • Die-shear test on electronic chips: force exerted on chips, according to the standard MIL_-STD-883, METHOD 2019

ISO 9001

The ISO 9001 standard is based on a certain number of quality management principles, including strong customer focus, motivation and commitment of top management, process approach and continuous improvement. TRONICO has been ISO 9001 certified since 2004, the Tame-Component laboratory is included in this certification.

EN 9100

The EN 9100 standard is a European standard that integrates the principles of ISO 9001 and

addresses the entire supply chain of the aerospace and defense industries. EN 9100 is the

equivalent of AS9100 (America) and JISQ 9100 (Asia). It certifies the reliability and quality of TRONICO’s services for the design and manufacture of embedded products.

ISO 13485

The ISO 13485 standard is internationally recognized for quality management allowing for the implementation of regulatory requirements applicable to medical devices and associated services (DIR 93/42/EEC, DIR 98/79/EC, DIR 2007/47/EEC and DIR 90/385/EEC).

IATF 16949

The IATF 16949 standard deals with Quality management in the automotive industry. It describes the processes for the development and manufacturing of automotive components.

Nadcap Electronics

Tame-Component, through TRONICO, is Nadcap Electronics certified. This certification is intended for the manufacturing process of electronic boards, developed by companies in the aerospace and defense markets. Its objective is twofold: to improve quality and reduce costs. Both production sites (St Philbert de Bouaine in France and Tangiers in Morocco) are Nadcap certified. The Tangier site is the first Nadcap Electronics certified site on the African continent.
